Prior to establishing BDM Direct, Anissa worked as the National Distribution Manager for Equity Trustees funds management division (EQT Funds Management) with responsibility for the development of badged boutique products.  This gave her an insight into the problems that boutique managers face when targeting the retail market.  Anissa’s experience demonstrated to her that traditional distribution practices are costly and inefficient, creating unprofitable results. This led her to establish BDM Direct.
